Program Description

STEM Unearthed is a full-day event offered to students in year 10 who are seeking an academic pathway of study in year 11 & 12. 

STEM Unearthed encourages the pursuit of excellence in science and science-related subjects. 

Students work in small groups to complete STEM based activities focused around the life cycle of resource operations through themes of exploration, extraction and rehabilitation.  

Industry representatives act as mentors to the students while they work through the activities. The students are encouraged to ask questions about careers and opportunities.
