STEM Unearthed @ Wavell State High School
This QMEA STEM Unearthed day will provide Year 10 students from Wavell State High School with an insight into the professional careers in the minerals and energy industry.
During the one day workshop, students will complete practical activities which will focus on a number of areas of science, engineering and maths. These hands-on activities are based on real world activities conducted by minerals and energy professionals.
The students will have the opportunity to network with industry professionals who work on minerals and energy worksites andunderstand more about their roles, their career paths and what they do.
